Refund policy

Interdental brushes are a personal hygiene products. We do not accept exchanges or returns for  opened packaging, packaging that appears to be tampered with, or used products.

You may request to exchange or return a product if it is unopened, in its original packaging that does not seem to be tampered with by contacting us BEFORE sending your item.

The exchange/return will be processed if the packaging in unopened, in its original packaging that has not appeared to be tampered with or used. Thank you for understanding.

If you are unsure which size to purchase, please ask your dental professional for guidance or consider purchasing a small package of brushes or a package with various sizes.
